Information used by this app
The app uses Supabase Auth to manage your email address, password credentials, and account identifier. It stores the name you choose for your profile, journal entries, tasks and completion status, calendar events and notes, color categories, type icons, encouragement preferences, and the version and time of your terms acceptance.
Why it is used
This information supports your profile, saved journal, calendar, task list, preferences, and acceptance record. Saved records are associated with your signed-in account. The current app has no public community feed, advertising integration, or payment collection.
Hosting and access
The customer app uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for authentication and database storage. Those services process information to operate the app and may process technical or security logs under their own policies. Account-based access controls separate users’ records, but this is not an end-to-end encrypted journal; authorized operation and administration of the service may involve access to stored information.
Your controls
You can edit or delete individual journal entries, tasks, and events and change your encouragement preference in the app. Deleting a category removes its association from entries without deleting the underlying tasks or events. A full account-deletion and export workflow is not yet implemented. For questions about preview data, use the existing channel through which access was provided. Removing the home-screen shortcut or signing out does not delete saved data.
Retention and family information
Saved records remain in the app’s database until deleted or otherwise removed as part of service operation. No automatic retention period is configured in this preview, and provider backup or log retention is governed separately. The app is intended for adults organizing their own lives and family plans. Use only the family information needed for your planning, and avoid sensitive medical, financial, or identity documents.
